4 Green plantains

3 Onions

2 Tomatoes

50 grams of Lettuce

½ kilogram of Chicken breast

2 tablespoons of Cilantro

35 grams of White cheese

3 tablespoons of Tomato sauce

3 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

3 tablespoons of Mustard

500 milliliters of Vegetable oil

2 teaspoons of Salt

2 teaspoons of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet with oil, fry the diagonally cut plantains for 8 minutes.

Step 2 : Once fried, place them on a solid surface and flatten them.

Step 3 : Repeat the process with all the plantains and then fry again for 5 minutes.

Step 4 : Set aside.

Step 5 : In another skillet, cook the chicken by frying it on both sides with a little salt and pepper.

Step 6 : In a bowl, mash the onion with the tomato and cilantro, and set aside.

Step 7 : To assemble the dishes, take a fried plantain and fill it with the chicken and the onion, tomato, and cilantro mixture.

Step 8 : Add cheese, salsa, mayonnaise, and mustard, then cover with another piece of plantain.

Step 9 : Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
